204 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 204 platform. By registering or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 204 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use the 204 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally eligible to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online betting activities.
- Not be an undischarged bankrupt or undergoing bankruptcy proceedings at the time of registration.
204 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. If a user is unable to verify their eligibility, the account may be suspended until verification is complete.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 204 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are responsible for:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify 204 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensure your account information is kept up to date should there be any changes to your personal details.
204 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
You are also fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals processed.
3. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the 204 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds.
Deposit: 204 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including FPX and eWallet. Successful deposits are typically credited within minutes. 204 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account in the name of the registered user. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take longer to process.
Suspicious activity: If 204 detects any suspicious, inconsistent, or potentially fraudulent transactions, 204 reserves the right to place those transactions on hold pending investigation. Users may be required to submit supporting documentation.
No automatic refunds: Confirmed and settled bets cannot be cancelled or refunded. In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome, 204 will investigate and issue a final decision in accordance with the platform's internal policies.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users of the 204 platform are prohibited from doing the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of the platform's systems, promotions, or bonuses.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage ("collusion") in any game.
- Attempting to upload or distribute viruses, malicious code, or any content that could damage the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
Limitation of liability: 204 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions or errors. Technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond 204's control may cause temporary service unavailability. 204 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, anticipated loss of profits, or data damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
204's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
5. Account Policies, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
204 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of 204's internal investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via email at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be returned after all required checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the 204 platform are the exclusive property of 204 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from 204.
Third-Party Links
The 204 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. 204 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
204 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the 204 website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the 204 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
Applicable law: These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate resolution body.
